Maybe you want to know that you are not alone.
That you are here for a reason.
This is the beauty and power of telling and sharing our stories.
To know that the million-in-one ways you have felt embarrassment or fear is the same million-in-one ways you’ve felt joy or love.
It’s the expression that’s unique.
Your expression is unique.
I’ve had the honor to bear witness to hundreds of stories.
Each one has a name.
Each woman is like a seashell, a beauty brought ashore for our contemplation and reverence.
Her name is Deborah, a book publisher and prominent board member of an organization whose aim is to help humans save the earth by saving each other. She also runs a salon where the brightest intellectual minds come together in divine communion.
Her name is Malia, a brilliant photographer and filmmaker who harnesses the light in such a way that her photos and images seem crisp yet otherworldly. She has the rare talent of capturing the essence of whatever she is shooting so that we can see what she sees: magic.
Her name is April, a powerful motivational speaker who allows spirit to take over when she speaks. As a trained biologist, she understands the interconnectedness of the body, mind and spirit and how our creator set everything in motion. Her power is helping us embrace the cycles of life and teaches us how to move through each one with grace and strength.
Her name is Dora, a powerhouse healer and guide. She works as an energetic clearinghouse whose sole purpose is to help you remember who you really are. She teaches us the language of our unique, intuitive voice that is fueled by our natural desires.
Her name is Cheryl, a wise woman who understands the healing power that is a circle of women. Her gift is the ability to transmute heartbreak and hardship into powerful lessons of surrender. She came to this earth with the drumbeat of life in her veins so that she could help reconnect us to the ancient, sacred way of healing in community.
These are just a few of the women who have shared their Heart and Bone stories with me. I’ve helped them find the words they need to tell their stories.
But I saw them first.
As a beautiful shell, with an intricate story perfectly contained in the whorls of heir being.
I hold each one gently in my palm and stretch my hand out so you can see them too.
There are so many more to come.
